Kommentar/Beschreibung

In this seminar we will discuss recent developments in research on and with children. The seminar will also give some insights into different educational systems in several European countries. Issues will include the following:
• Children’s views on play, relations, and their ECE settings
• Engaging multilingual children in conversations
• Children’s participation in meals in kindergarten
• Listening to children’s voices when creating outdoor environments
• Methodologies for including the perspectives of young children in research
Students will read and prepare English journal articles for discussion. Main focus will be exchange of ideas and joint discussion, not lecture. It is not necessary to speak or read English well – but you should be willing to talk and argue even if you are not sure about the right words for questions and arguments. We will learn from each other.

The module shall enable participants to deal with scientific articles in English language and encourage participants to seek contact to colleagues in other countries.

Diese Veranstaltung gehört zum Anmeldeset "KP13/2,3".

Folgende Regeln gelten für die Anmeldung:

Folgende Bedingung muss zur Anmeldung erfüllt sein:

Abschluss ist Bachelor und Studienfach ist Kindheitspädagogik und Fachsemester mindestens 4
Es wird eine festgelegte Anzahl von Plätzen in den Veranstaltungen verteilt.
Die Plätze in den betreffenden Veranstaltungen wurden am 09.03.2026 um 12:00 verteilt. Weitere Plätze werden evtl. über Wartelisten zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Anmeldung zu maximal 2 Veranstaltungen des Anmeldesets ist erlaubt.
Die Anmeldung ist möglich von 05.03.2026, 08:00 bis 19.04.2026, 23:59.
